How it works

1. Owners list equipment they own in the service area, with pictures, prices and a damage deposit.
2. Renters send a request with dates and proof of insurance naming the owner. Equipment only: no operator comes with a rental.
3. The owner accepts, then the renter pays through Stripe. The owner gets the rent less our fee in their own Stripe account.
4. At pickup the owner takes pictures and the deposit is held on the renter card.
5. At return the owner takes pictures again. The deposit is released after 48 hours unless the owner files a damage claim with pictures.
6. An admin decides each claim from the pickup and return pictures, and only up to the deposit.
